PRAANA Centre for Heart & Health does not collect personal information through this website. There is no form to fill in, no account to create, and no health information asked for anywhere on it. The site measures anonymous usage so we can improve it, and this policy explains exactly what that means. This privacy policy governs the contents of the website only and does not extend to the information gathered during appointments.

What the website does not collect
There is no booking form, contact form, patient login, or payment processing. The site never asks for your name, address, phone number, email address, symptoms, medication, or reports, and holds no medical records of any kind.
Analytics data
The website relies on Google Analytics, so we can see which pages help visitors and which do not. All data provided to Google Analytics is anonymised and will not be traced back to your identity or personal data.
Who else receives data
Two third parties see your IP address because the site loads content from them: Google, for Analytics and the Maps embed on the Contact page, and DigitalOcean, which hosts the site. Every image and font is served from this domain. No data is sold, and none is shared for advertising.
When you contact us
The phone, WhatsApp and email links open your own device's applications. Nothing you write is recorded by this website. Once a message reaches us, WhatsApp is governed by its own terms and email by those of the providers involved.
Please do not send detailed medical information, reports, or identity documents over WhatsApp or email unless clinic staff have asked you to. Use a consultation for anything clinical.
Retention and security
Analytics data is deleted automatically at the end of the retention period set on the Analytics property. Aggregate reports that cannot identify anyone may be kept longer. The site is served over HTTPS and holds no patient database, so there is no clinical information on it to breach. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of anything you choose to send us by email or WhatsApp.
Grievance redressal
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to confirm and summarise what personal data of yours we process, to correct, complete, update or erase it, and to nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.
Write to [email protected] with the subject line "Data protection request". We will acknowledge it and respond within the timelines the Act requires.
If our response does not resolve the matter, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
